nanas44 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nanas44 platform available at nanas44.co (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the nanas44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and must not register an account.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and nanas44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Use of the nanas44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time and must be provided promptly.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from any gambling platform, including nanas44, whether voluntarily or as directed by a regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of a third party.
• You are not employed by nanas44, nor are you an immediate family member of a nanas44 employee, in a capacity that presents a conflict of interest with participation.

nanas44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on nanas44. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions conducted through them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all personal information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify nanas44 of any changes to your registered details. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nanas44 login credentials. Any activity conducted from your account while authenticated with your credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify nanas44 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. nanas44 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with international gaming licensing requirements and anti-money-laundering obligations, nanas44 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by nanas44 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods

nanas44 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nanas44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform. nanas44 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice provided on the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts in good standing will have withdrawal requests processed within the timeframes published in the Platform's payment information section. nanas44 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of security, fraud, or compliance checks where warranted.

4.4 Currency

All Player account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The Company accepts no responsibility for currency conversion losses incurred through a Player's financial institution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by nanas44 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements ("rollover requirements"). In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly; only net winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn once rollover is satisfied.
• nanas44 reserves the right to void bonuses or promotional winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to satisfy rollover requirements.
• Promotional offers may have time-limited validity periods. Unused bonus credits that expire will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• nanas44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the nanas44 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations published within each product section, including the Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, and Lottery categories. General provisions applicable across all wagering activity include:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be voided except at the sole discretion of nanas44.
• nanas44 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game data.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and game type. These limits are published within the relevant product section and may vary by account tier.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market conditions. nanas44 accepts no liability for bets refused due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• nanas44 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or close the account of any Player whose betting patterns are identified as constituting professional arbitrage or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nanas44 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from nanas44.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, table game, or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such gains are deemed void and recoverable by nanas44.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial crime, or any activity in breach of applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any Platform interaction.
• Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing another individual to operate your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nanas44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of nanas44.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nanas44 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, winnings, or account access resulting from technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or results data.
• Third-party conduct, including payment processor delays or failures.

The Company's aggregate liability to you under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your nanas44 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by nanas44 is governed by the nanas44 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. nanas44 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

11. Responsible Gaming

nanas44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools accessible from within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which nanas44 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the nanas44 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by the licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
